The Iran Ministry of Education has ruled that only by them approved books are allowed for teaching in schools.
Teachers who fail to follow these regulations can be fired and private schools can loose their operating permits.
The Ministry of Education will examine all schoolbooks for "un-Islamic” or “against national security” paragraph's .
