The Ahwaz Liberation Organization ALO and Al-Ahwaz Revolutionary Council ARC has here in .pdf published the names and pictures of the 11 Ahwazi.
On this picture you see Ali Matouri Zadeh,He had been a founding member of the Lejnat Al-Wefaq (Reconciliation Committee), which attempted to advance Ahwazi Arab minority rights through constitutional and legal means. The party also had seats in parliament during 2000-2004, but conservatives in the regime barred candidates nominated by Lajnat Al-Wefagh.
This month the party is forbidden all-together.
Peter Tatchell made an article in which he writes that the planned hanging of 11 activists in Iran looks like a deliberate attempt by Tehran to intimidate and silence Ahwazi Arab protests.
