The Association of Iranian Political Prisoners (in exile) , AIPP, made an intrusive film in which ex-political prisoners testify about the eighties and nineties in Iran when big massexecutions took place in prisons. The film is here and is named witnesses.

In front of the Ministry of Energy and Iran’s Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization in Tehran was a protest held against the inundation of the Sivand Dam.
There came a promise that the flooding of the dam will not be started until getting the formal permission of the President of Iran’s Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization (ICHTO). After this the protesters left.
The Guard of the Organization wanted wanted to confiscate their photographs. The protesters had placecards reading:"Preserving cultural heritage is preserving the cultural values of a country", "With inundation of Sivand Dam, what will happen for Iran’s cultural heritage and ecosystem? " .
The Sivand Dam is located in Bolaghi-Gorge, Fars province, which is an important archeological site in Iran's history.
