Hadi Seyid Javad Musevi, an Azeri-activist for Southern Azerbaijan National Awakening Movement, arrested by Azerbaijan police, will today be extradited to Iran.
Musevi fled Iran after his release after arrestation for participating on the rally to Babek Tower in July 2004.
The three-year exile on Abbas Lisani, a Azeri right activist has been lifted.
A trial will be held on May 17 in Tabriz City Court.
His wife told that he will be released in 9 months, if he is not sent for a new sentence term.
In November 2006 Lisani got arrested with the charges of subversive activity against Iranian state system and propagating separatism .
The newspaper Kayhan reports that Iran arrested 90 members of the Jondallahgroup.
According to Intelligence Minister Gholam-Hossein Mohseni Ejeie there were also big amounts of weapons and explosives confiscated.
According to the same newspaper were 10 days ago, also 7 people arrested in Khuzestan who wanted to carry out several bomb attacks.
In Iran there are childoffenders, still on death row.
Children are being hanged to death.
