The first Secretary of the US Interests Section of the Swiss Embassy in Tehran was arrested after being caught in a obscene situation with a woman in his car.
The police in Northern Tehran suspected the diplomatic-plated car in a parking lot and approached the vehicle.
Both were arrested and later released on bail.
The Iranian National Audit Office revealed that the government has failed to return $1.058 billion of oil revenues in the 2006-2007 budget to treasury.
