Iran: opposite


Iran Human Rights reports that according to reliable sources in Iran, a 10 years old girl was killed under the clashes of the demonstration in Tehran. The incident took place in the Vanak area of Tehran.
Human Rights Activists in Iran report that at least 32 people have been killed since Saturday.
After foreign journalists had to leave Iran, Iranian authorities have put further restrictions on all means of communication. It has been reported that police has been going from house to house seizing satelite dishes.

Global Voices Online reports that The Guardian writes that the revolutionary guard announced via state media that Iranian websites and bloggers must remove any materials that “create tension”, or else they would face legal action.
Also Global Voice Online has an article about Islamist bloggers(fa) who explain why they believe Ahmadinejad won, and the opposition leader, Mir Hussein Mousavi lost.
Before the election took place, more then 100 bloggers publicly declared their support for Ahmadinejad.

Human Rights Activists in Iran reports that June 16th 22 political activists were arrested.
Security agents arrested and mistreated the whole staff of a campaign office for reformists.
The next day they were released on bail and if any of the staff is seen on the streets in any capacity, they would go to prison.
