Iran: swap

The Iranian minister of science, Kamran Daneshjou has plagiarized.
The Nature blog, The Great Beyond, found out that large pieces of texts and tables from a paper, published in 2009 by Daneshjou as co-auteur, are identical with a paper by a South-Korean author, which was published in 2002.
It is probably not the only plagiarized work by Daneshjou.
The site Naturenews reports about this.

France on Wednesday rejected Iranian President Ahmadinejad’s suggestion that Paris consider a prisoner swap if it wants to secure the release of Clotilde Reiss who is detained for nearly three months.d
In an interview Ahmadinejad would not say whether he would help Reiss, but said that there were Iranians who were also being held in France “for years”.
Probably he was referring to Iranian national Ali Vakili Rad, jailed in France for the murder of Shapour Bakhtiar, Iran’s last prime minister under Shah .
The French foreign ministry says that there is no comparison between the situation of Clotilde Reiss and these people.
French daily, Le Figaro, reported on its website that French authorities were considering the idea of freeing Rad.
