Human Rights Activists in Iran has made a pressrelease in which they state that they always insisted on peaceful and non violent means for solving problems in the country.
HRA condemns the suicide operations in Sarbaz, Sistan-e-Baluchistan and calls on both sides to act within the framework of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The workers of Looleh-Betoni(Cement-Pipe) Factory in Ahwaz have gathered Monday at Shohada Square to demand 10 months of unpaid wages.
Security forces were present, but there are no reports of clashes between the demonstrators and the police.

Journalist and humanrights activist Omid Shokri was September 16th arrested, two days after returning from Turkey where he had to register for his course at the University of Marmara in Istanbul, where he studies for his Masters Degree in international relations.
He was detained for 22 days in a detention center operated by the intelligence ministry and been subjected to physical and psychological torture.
Till now his family was unsuccessful in getting him released on bail, and he risks to be banned from the University for failing to register for his courses.

10 Iranians, 8 men and 2 women, have been arrested for smuggling drugs to Indonesia. They came from Malaysia.
They smuggled methamphetamine worth more than $10 million.

The new offshore platform at the Phase 7 of the South Pars gas field, that is launched has increased the gas production capacity in the phases 6 to 8 of the gas field to 104 million cubic feet.
Pars Oil & Gas Company says that the launch will guarantee enough gas supplies to meet Iran's need for energy during the winter.
