Iran: responsibility

Iranian parliament approved Article One and Two of the bill that reduces subsidies on fuel, to bring prices closer to international markets. The Guardian Council has to approve before the law can be implemented. The parliament still has to discuss other parts of the bill, including cutting food subsidies.
Authorities say that the fuel subsidie mainly benefit the wealthy, not the poor, but critics of the bill say it would increase inflation, now running at about 13 percent annually.

The trial of seven Baha'i is postponed yesterday. They are 17 months imprisoned already and the trial was delayed before.
The Bahai, Fariba Kamalabadi, Jamaloddin Khanjani, Afif Naeimi, Saeid Rezaie, Mahvash Sabet, Behrouz Tavakkoli, Vahid Tizfahm are charged with "espionage for Israel, insulting religious sanctities, propaganda against the Islamic republic and spreading corruption on earth."
These charges are punishable by dead.

Iran Human Rights warns for the danger of new arbitrary executions in Sistan-e-Baluchistan province.
Following the bombings of May in Zahedan which was claimed by the Jundullahgroup, 3 people were hanged less than 3 days after the explosion . 14 others were hanged in July, convicted of connection with the same group.Iran Human Rights has reports that none of these people were affiliated to Jondullah.
Iran Human Rights is concerned about possible arbitrary executions in Baluchestan in the coming weeks.

At yesterdays suicide bombing 42 people, of which 11 IRGCcommanders were killed.
IRGC said there will be a "crushing" response.
Local media writes that Jundullah claimed responsibility, but there is no confirmation.
Ahmadinejad accuses Pakistan of cooperation with the terrorists.
The Pakistan ambassador in Tehran was summoned because the assailants had arrived in Iran from Pakistan.
