Iran: disguise

Yesterday evening rumours spread that opposition leaders were about to be arrested.
Statemedia started a heavy propaganda campaign accusing the Green movement and the students disgracing Imam Khomeini by burning his photograph.
Enduring America listed the events.

Iran's National Security Commission announced that findings of the parliamentary committee charged with probing the post-election events will not be publicized.
Hosein Sobhaninia said that the findings will only be given to members of the parliament.
The attack on the dorm of Tehrans university and the recent arrests are investigated.
The committee was created by the order of Ali Larijani, after the outbreak of protests following the disputed presidential elections in June.
Some of the members of this committee have been accused by the opposition of being party to the violations committed against protesters.
In the post-election events, 32 people were killed and over 4000 people were arrested.

Fars and other statemedia published a photograph of arrested studentleader Majid Tavakoli dressed in a woman's hijab. The text stated "This student dressed up as a woman to escape from the university campus."
An Iranian photographer rallied Iranian men on facebook to protest the treatment of Majid Tavakoli by the Iranian security forces.
The call and statement "we all are Majid".: "To prove that we are behind Majid Tavakoli, to prove that there is nothing wrong with female clothing and the only thing that's wrong is the compulsory wearing of hijab whether it is forced on the women of this country or upon Majid Tavakoli; to show that we are all together, post your picture in hijab!"
Majid Tavakoli was also arrested three years ago during a visit of president Ahmadinejad to Amir Kabir university and spent 15 months in jail. He was arrested again last year en was 115 days in jail.
