In Eshratabad Military Base (where many anti-government protesters are jailed) has Elaheh, 24 died in suspicious circumstances.
Reports mention her being hit on the head with a chair during interrogation.
Her body was transferred to an unknown location.

At least 400 ordinary prisoners are moved from Evinprison to other prisons.
Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran reported that they were moved Saturday and Sunday in two groups of 100 and 300 prisoners.
Due to the continues arrests of demonstrators against the government, officials made management and structural changes to maintain a stable and concentrated location for holding those arrested.
During the 1980’s, Evin prison was used specifically for the detention of political prisoners.

The report of the parlementary committee investigating to those responsible for the deads and abuse in Kahrizakprison blames the former prosecutor of Tehran, Saeed Mortazavi, directly for the abuse.
He insisted on sending 147 detainees to the prison in Kahrizak, and “keeping them for four days in a space of 750 square feet, without ventilation in the heat of summer, lack of hygienic standards, food and water, in addition to beating and intimidation by prison guards.”
Three prisoners, Mohsen Ruholamini, Amir Javadifar and Mohammad Kamrani.were killed.
Although the report does not accuse Mortazavi of personally being involved in the abuse, it does say he was aware of the circumstances and as a prosecutor he was responsible.
This is a step while shortly after the events, all abuse was denied by Iran's policecommander.
The reports says that the judiciary needs to deal with those behind the incident with no sympathy or regard to their position .
If and how Mortazavi will be prosecuted, is up to the judiciary.
