In the city of Mahshahr, province Khuzestan has April 13 een man been hanged in public.
The man, Adnan Alboali (28) was convicted for moharebeh for armed robbery.
In the city of Babolsar are 3 men hanged in public.
The men, A.A. (24), M. V. (25) and A. T. (30), were convicted of rape and acts against chastity.

The Censorship Research Center (“CRC”) in USA has gotten permission to ship anti-filtersoftware to Iran.With help of this software, called "haystack", people can bypass the filtering, hide their identity and visit networksites like Google Inc.’s YouTube, Facebook , and Twitter , which are being blocked by the Iranian government.
The organization hopes to keep the internet open and to really help the people in Iran, bloggers and citizen journalists.
In a pressrelease the executive director of CRC, Austin Heap said that"Unfiltered and open internet access is a right that all people around the world are intended to have as embodied in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights"

RFERL reports that bloggers in Iran launched a new campaign aimed at publicizing the plight of the lesser-known prisoners who have been jailed in the postelection unrest. Those citizens who are not politically involved but went out on the streets to protest against the election.
Humanrightsgroups say that between several hundred to 2,000 citizens were arrested in the postelection unrest and many remain in jail.
They have not been given any leave to celebrate Nowruz at home.
The website Kaleme calls in a statement bloggers to write about these people.

green bell, wrote about Amir Aslani, a shopkeeper who is sentenced to 5 years in prison.
fresh air, wrote about the student Shahin Fazli, who is imprisoned in Tabriz since February.
iran green voice published a list with 20 names van unknown prisoners in Evinprison who received sentences between 6 months and seven years.
There is also a facebooksite, called "unknown prisoners" .
