Iran: in run-up

Iranian authorities have begun police-patrols in the streets of van Tehran to arrest women who are wearing clothes deemed improper.
This campaign against loose veils and other signs of modernism comes as government opponents are calling for rallies to mark the anniversary of the disputed presidential election,critics of the crackdown say it is stoking feelings of discontent.
Some say the new measures are part of a government campaign of intimidation ahead of the election anniversary.

Rouhollah Rezaee a Baha’i resident of Shiraz recently received hate-mail . The last time the letter that was mailed to him using the Fars governor’s official envelope.
He also was harassed multiple timess by unknown individuals, he was even kidnapped and tortured.

June 9th is Saeed Torabian, the head of the public relations of Tehran and Municipality Vahed Bus Workers Syndicate, arrested in his house in Karaj.
His house was searched, no reasons for his arrest have been given.

June 9th the busdrivers of Tehran express bus (BRT) line no. 1 striked to reverse the revisions to their working hours.After 20 minutes they reached their demands and got their workinghours back.
They shouted slogans in support of Mansour Osaloo, and called for his release.
Security agents took videos of the drivers.
