Blogger and humanrightsactivist Hossein Ronaghi-Maleki who was in solitary confinement in ward 1A of IRGC in Evinprison, is in critical health.He suffers heart and kidneyproblems, but any medical help is him deprived.
He was detained on December 13, 2009 along with his brother Hassan Ronaghi- Maleki.His brother never involved in politics but was detained in order to put pressure on Hossein.
Hassan was tortured for a month and suffered neck injuries as a result of the tortures in prison.

Journalist Azam Vismeh, who was arrested 1 June, is released July 21 on a bail of $70,000.

Ali Mahin-Torabi, a juvenile offender who was sentenced to death,has been released on July 21, after 7 years, 7 months and 11 days in prison..
He stabbed as a 16-years-old during a fight Mazdak Khodaeian with a knife, later died Khoadeian in hospital. An appealscourt has ruled that it was manslaughter and sentenced Ali Mahin-Torabi to paying diyya (blood money) as the monetary compensation to the victim’s family.

Writer and religious scholar Dr. Akbar Karami, has been released from the prison of Qom after 8 months detention.
He has lost more then 12 kg weight and was harsh interrogated.

Hossein Rafati, Mohammad Hasan Keighobadi and Ebrahim Biganeh have been sentenced to 2 years in prison which has been suspended for 5 years..
Mohammad Rafati and Mehdi Gholi-Tabar have each received a 6 month prison sentence which is served as a 3 year suspended imprisonment.
Ali Gholi-Tabar and Ehsan Alaei are sentenced to one year of imprisonment which has been suspended for 5 years.
Dr. Ali Asghar Jamali is sentenced to 3 years in prison. He was charged with insulting the Supreme Leader.He has also been banned from having a private office for 3 years.
In this case are also 15 other individuals convicted to 1 year in prison with 2 years suspended for distributing pamphlets of Worker-Communist Party of Iran.
