Iran: being detained

Political activist of the Iran Democratic Party Mansour Faraji is by the 36th branch of the Revolutionary Court sentenced to 3 years of suspended imprisonment 30 lashes and a $300 fine.
He was charged with anti-regime propaganda through publishing statements, founding Iran Democratic Party and membership in the party.He was sentenced to 30 lashes and fined $300 for leaving the country illegally, using forged documents and owning satellite equipment.

A Baha’i resident of Tehran, Farid Rohani who was arrested during the Ashuraprotests, is summoned to appear on December 11 for the revolutionary court.
December 3, 2009 he was arrested along with other Bahai and temporarily released on bail February 28th.
He is charged with acting against national security , blasphemy, disturbing public order and supplying propaganda material for foreigners.

Hadi Shafaei an English professor at Bojnourd Azad university is summoned to serve his prisonsentence .
He had been sentenced to 3 years in jail for insulting the Supreme Leader and acting against national security, but in appeal he was acquitted of acting against national security.

The prisoner Mohammad Ali Mansouri, was Tuesday by security forces from Gohardasht Prison transferred to an unknown location. Reports say that he has been transferred to the solitary confinement unit of Ward 1 and that he may be under pressure and torture.
He was arrested in september 2009 and after 10 months tried for moharebeh(waging war with god). He was sentenced to 17 years in prison and exile to the Rajaei Shahr Prison.
