Iran: sentences

Reports indicate that in the last 3 months over 30 civil rights, political, cultural and literary activists were arrested in Marivan.
Monday were 3 activists Rahman Razkhadiv, Majid Maryami and Abdollah Rayegan arrested by the IRGC Intelligence Unit and transferred to a detentioncentre in Marivan.
Thursday, Ebrahim Soleimani, Borhan Razkhadiv, Hamid Maryami and Omid Nouri were arrested.
Last week Aboubakr Yeganeh, Adel Sohrabi, and Rafigh Sohrabi were detained and transferred to an unknown location.
Other detained Kurds are:
Dalir Rouzgerd, a Kurd student of Saqez, sentenced to 10 years in prison and 4 years of exile to the town of Sirjan in Kerman by the Revolutionary Court in Saqez on charges of cooperating with Kurd dissident parties.
Aria Moradi student of Saqez, sentenced to 6 months in prison.
Rozgar Moradi, a jurist of Saqez is sentenced to 5 years in prison in a court session which only lasted 5 minutes.
Abdolqader Shiri, a Kurdish poet of Saqez is sentenced to 5 years in prison by the Revolutionary Court in Saqez on charges of cooperating with Kurd parties.

Blogger Hossein Ronaghi Maleki is also sentenced in appeal to 15 years in prison.
The blogger, also known as “Babak Khoramdin” has been charged for membership of Iran Proxy internet group, propaganda against the regime, and insulting the leader and the president.
Reporters Without Borders says this is the heaviest sentence for a blogger after the 19 1/2 year sentence given to another blogger, Hossein Derakhshan.
Reporters Without Borders reports that the Islamic Republic bloggers, like journalists, sees like enemies and are issueing heavyv sentences.

Reza Derakhshan, the head of Haft-Tapeh Sugarcane Union, is sentenced to 6 months in prison by the 13th branch van het Appeals Court for libel.
In a lower court he was acquitted of libel and released on a bail of $30,000.
