January 3, seven men were hanged in the prison of Kermanshah.
The not identified men were all convicted for drugstrafficking.
Reports say that in the prison of the city of Zahedan January 3rd Bahman Rigi was hanged. He was convicted of shooting four people in 2008.
According to reports, at least forty prisoners have been executed in the last 13 days.

Since a year the pressure on the group Mourning Mothers, also called Mothers of Laleh Park is increasing.
Last week several of Mourning Mothers’ members and supporters were summoned to the Ministry of Intelligence’s Investigation Unit.
Although two members of Mourning Mothers, Akram Zeinali, Saeed Zeinali’s mother and Jaleh Mahdavi Hesam Tarmasi’s mother, have been released on bail, two supporters, Neda Mostaghimi and Hakimeh Shekari, are still held in prison.

Gholam Hossein Arshi, was arrested after the 2009 Ashura events by security forces, and was sentenced to 4 years in prison by the lower court which was later reduced to a year in prison by the appeals court.
He has been serving his sentence in the last 9 months in Ward 350 of Evin Prison.
Because of the events made by security forces during the preliminary investigation, the interrogations and unlawful and illegal incidents, he wrote a letter to the general prosecutor in which he writes about the tortures.

The car of president Ahmadinejad received a bid of $1 million.
The car, a 33-year-old Peugeot-504 is in a charity auction to raise money for a low-income housing project, for disabled and young people. The auction will take place half February in Abadan.
Online offers can be made until the end of January, interested foreign bidders paid 50 euros ($67) to register, while locals pay around $50.
