Iran: further

According to IRNA in recent days 4 people were hanged in the prison of Kerman.
The men, AKbar M. convicted of keeping and smugling of 560 grams of heroin, Saeed J for keeping and smuggling heroin, Zaher G. for trafficking 930 grams opium and 10 kilos and 750 grams of crack, and Khodabakhsh A. convicted of trafficking and keeping 470 grams of heroin.
The executions were not confirmed by independent sources.

In Khuzestan were several Arab activists arrested and transferred to Khalafabad prison.
Abdolkaram Asakareh, chemistry teacher with a Masters in sociology, Hashei Shabani, Arabic teacher with a Masters in political science, Mohammad Ali Omouri, engineer, Shahid Omouri, poet, Aghil Aghili, computer expert, and Abdolamir Omouri, brother of Mohammad Ali Omouri, were arrested by security agents with no judicial warrant and no charges after searching their house.
