In the prison of Isfahan were in the early morning of May 17 the brothers Abdollah, 29 and Mohammad, 27, Fathi hanged.

The father of the brothers told the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran, that contrary to the charges their real charges were political and not robbery.

Journalist and blogger Saied Pour Heidar wrote that mock-executions are executed in ward 350 of Evinprison.

Houtan Kian, the lawyer of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani has been sentenced by the 1st branch of Tabriz Revolutionary Court to one year in prison and a a five year ban on practicing law on charges of propagating against the government, three years of prison on charges of assembling and conspiring to disrupt the internal security of the country and another three years on charges of acting against national security. He was also sentenced to 4 years in prison by the 15th Branch of Tehran revolutionary court.
The espionage charge is still under investigation.

The deathsentence of Kurdish political prisoner Habibollah Latifi is uphold by the Supreme Court and the executionorder has been sent to the Execution of Sentences Circuit in Kurdistan.
The execution is imminent. His familymembers who were arrested as a precaution, are released but barred from speaking to the media.
