Iran: complaint

26 political prisoners who filed a complaint at Evin Prison Court against the Revolutionary Guards Corps and the Ministry of Intelligence were summoned and interrogated.
The Assistant head of the Court said that if these prisoners not refute their statement , their prisonsentence will be increased.

The political prisoner Hadi Abed Bakhoda, who was on a medical leave from prison and was receiving treatment was returned to the Lakan Prison in Rasht despite the fact that his treatment was not yet finished.
Bakhoda is paralyzed and uses a wheelchair to move.A number of his body organs such as his bladder and kidneys no longer work and he has an urinebag attached to his body which has to be changed on a daily basis, but the prisoners guards told that these kinds of facilities do not exist in prison.
His urinary sack was not changed for 40 days an this led to severe infections in his body.
