Political prisoner Kourosh Kuhkan is in critical condition.
Because his knee is infected, and the refusal of the prisonguards of Evinprison to provide medical care, he might lose his leg entirely.
Kuhkan is tried at the Revolutionary Court, Branch 26, judge Pirabasi sentenced him to 3 years and six months in prison and 74 lashes. Currently he is in ward 350 of Evinprison.

Unconfirmed reports of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) say that the Iranian Supreme Court found flaws and other deficiensies in the deathsentence of Yousef Naderkhani.
Familiemembers say that there are 3 possibilities for the Supreme Court, send the case back to a lower court, withdraw the charges and file new charges or close the case and drop all charges.
Naderkhani is sentenced to death by Gilan Province Court, Branch 11, on charges of apostacy and preaching christianity.
