Iran: contrast

Newspaper Iran Khabar reported August 5 that a man has been flogged in Sari.
Siavash Eslami, member of the board of The Teachersclub in Sari was convicted to 1 year in prison and 37 lashes..
He was accused of disturbing the security of the regime by participating in demonstrations against the regime.

According to an article in Washington Post, the gap between rich and poor only widens.
A whole generation, who became rich, among other things, because of the oil, drives expensive cars and eats caviar and icecream covered in edible gold.
