Mohammad-Reza Qanbari, Niosha Khazayi, Shima Banafshi, Sajad Hayati and Atefeh Zamani, all students at Kermanshah university are sentenced to 6 months in prison which is suspended for five years.
Ashkan Mosibian who is expelled from university for 2 semesters is sentenced to 91 days suspended for 5 years.
Another student activist, Aptin Pegah, who also was expelled for 2 semesters, has still not been sentenced.

According to Bahai World News Service there are new reports about human rights violation of Bahai.The reports have recently been issued by the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), Minority Rights Group International (MRG) and Amnesty International.

There is still no news about Kouhyar Goudarzi, who was arrested on July 31st in Tehran.
According to Committee of Human Rights Reporters (CHHR), there is no news about his condition or whereabouts.

Mehrnews (FA) interviewed judge Esmatollah Jaberi, who is called The Man of Execution, while he implemented 350 deathsentences. In this interview he states that he should be called Man of Peace for getting 180 amnesties from the families of the victims.
