In the prison of Shahroud in Semnan province have five men been hanged yesterday. According to an official of the judiciary all five were sentenced for drugstrafficking.
None of those executed were identified by name or age.
September 13 has a man been hanged publicly in Tehran.
The man, Koosha was convicted for the murder of a girl in July of this year.

The Tehran chief prosecutor said that Saturday two men have been tried for filming sensitive military sites, traveling to places that are off-limits to the public and receiving money from Israel.
According to him a second session in the case will be later.

President Ahmadinejad said during an televised interview that Shane Bauer and Josh Fattal , the two Americans who are sentenced to 8 years in prison for espionage, will be released within 2 days.
According to their lawyer they will be released after paying $500.000 bail. Sarah Shourd was released in 2010.

Ali Akbar Mohammadzadeh, studentactivist at Sharif University and secretary of Students Islamic Association of Sharif University of Technology,is convicted by Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court to 6 years in prison, of which 5 years for "illegal gathering and collusion and 1 year for “propaganda against the regime.”.
He is in prison since Februar 15.
