Iran: unnoticed

Chari Mohammad Moradof, a citizen of Turkmenistan is sentenced to 21 years in prison.
The website Kalemeh reports that one of the charges is taking pictures and recording videos of the post-election protests.
He and other foreign prisoners are in Evinprison and their court proceedings were illegally conducted in secret. Media-attention was focused on the American hikers.
Moradof is a student from Turkmenistan and political science graduate from the University of Tehran. He worked as a translator in Iran and was Master’s student of Diplomacy and International Organizations at the College of International Relations of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He studied under a scholarship from the Turkmenistan Ministry of Science and the Iranian Ministry of Science. He has been writing his thesis throughout his detention.

When Iranian Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani not "repents" his faith and returns to Islam, he will be executed on September 29th.
The judge told him this at the courthearing in Rasht, province Gilan, but Nadarkhani refused.
