Iran: women

September 15 were two mnen hanged in the prison of the city of Semnan.
The men are named A. F. (27) convicted for keeping 15 kilograms of crack, and M. M. convicted for keeping and carrying 4940 kg of crack.
These facts are unconfirmed by a independent source and the trial was behind closed doors.

Womanrights activist, member of One Million Signatures Campaign and blogger Maryam Bahreman has been released after paying $250.000 bail.
She was imprisoned 126 days.
She writes a blog, named Yek Varaghe Pareh Digar (another piece of paper), and was arrestee in Shiraz on May 2.
She spent 55 days in solitary confinement.

Sociologystudent, former member of Central Council of Islamic Association in Tehran University and blogger Somayeh Tohidlou has been flogged yesterday in Evinprison while in shackles. She was convicted to 1 year in prison, which was canceled in appeal and 50 lashes for insulting president Ahmadinejad.
