Iran: international

The International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran said that The World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC), a body of UN, should take decisive steps to stop Iran from censoring and illegally systematically jamming of satellite signals.
Existing ITUrules forbid any member states from interfering and jamming satellite signals.
According to the spokesman of The International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran the Conference of this year is facing a serious challenge in the Iranian government’s breach of international telecommunications standards.

One day after Iran backed away from the threat to take action if a US carrier passed the Street of Hormuz the aircraft carrier "USS Abraham Lincoln" , accompanied by British and French naval vessels passed the Street without incident.

The foreign ministers from European countries who are in the Europese Union hold a meeting in Brussel to discuss the increase of the economic sanctions for Iran.
Participants have already agreed on sanctions against the Iranian Central Bank and eight other entities, mostly in the transport sector.
