Iran: more

January 28th was in the prison of Ilam a man hanged.
According to ISNA the man was convicted for murder and he once escaped from the prison by blowing the prison wall.

Reports to the ACLJ say that Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani is still alive, but he is under great pressure of the Chief Justice of the Gilan Provincial Court to convert to islam.
Nadarkhani insists that he is a christian and has never been a moslim.
He was sentenced to death in June 2011 for apostacy.

Blogger and humanrights activist Hossein Ronaghi Maleki has been transferred back to prison from the hospital. He had undergone surgery.
During the past year he had undergone 5x surgeries after a kidneytransplant.
HRHI says that he was taken back to prison despite the fact that it is imperative for him to receive continued medical care outside prison walls.

Journalist Hassan Fathi who was arrested November 13th, at his house, is not allowed visitors and is according to his wife in solitary confinement.
He is charged with spreading lies and disturbing public opinion after he had an interview with BBC Persian regarding the explosion at an IRG ammunition depot that killed 17 Revolutionary Guards.
