Many Afghan refugees are victimized by Iranian police, arrested, abused and brought to transitcamps at the Afghan border, from there they sent back to Afghanistan.

The political prisoner, teacher and literature professor Abdolreza Ghanbari who is sentenced to death, is in danger of imminent execution.
