Agents of the Intelligence Ministry removed on Wednesday April 11, Kurdish political prisoner Habibolla Golparipour who is sentenced to death from his prisoncell and brought him to their office in the prison of Semnan and threathened to execute him.

Iranian media report that in the past weeks, food and other consumer products have risen in price by as much as 20 percent in some cases. The price of vegetable oil has gone up by 15 to 20 percent and cleaning detergent is at least 11 percent more expensive.
