Iran: more, June 20, 2012

June 18 is according to reports confirming the execution of three Ahwazi Arab prisoners also a fourth prisoner Ali Sharifi (a.k.a Naami), executed.
Sharifi was sentenced to death at the same trial.

Mehdi Saharkhiz, the son of imprisoned journalist Isa Saharkhiz said that his father is sentenced to another year and a half year in prison. Saharkhiz served already a 3 year prisonsentence. His son says that the medical committee has already established that Issa Saharkhiz is not physically fit to serve out his sentence. Saharkhiz suffered a heart attack in jail and has been hospitalized since last March.

The health of humanrightslawyer Narges Mohammadi, Deputy Head of Defenders of Human Rights Center (DHRC), is deteriorating. She is currently serving a prisonsentence of 6 years in exile in the prison of Zanjan.

In Tehran 20 people have been arrested in connection with the assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists last year. Details would be released later. Asked if the arrestees were linked with the Mossad-linked spies and other arrests, the answer was not a complete denial.
