Gholamreza Khosravi, , a former political prisoner during 1980's was initially sentenced to six years in prison by an appeals court but an execution sentence was illegally issued to him.
The death sentence has been sent to Execution of Sentences Circuit Office in Evin prison.Unofficial reports say the death sentence is due to be carried out in September.
A petition can be signed.

Website Kalemeh writes that Ahmad Shojaei (alias Farshid) a former member of the Intelligence Ministry,was arrested along with his son Sajjad.
Both were brought to an unknown location. The report suggests that Shojaei and a number of his colleagues were dismissed from the Ministry a few years ago.

The Society Against Education Discrimination wednesday reported that more then 10 bahai were arrested in the cities of Esfahan, Shahin Shahr, Villa Shahr and Yazd.
In recent weeks, some 20 bahai's were arrested in the cities of Tehran, Shiraz and Mashhad.
