According to a statement of the Ahwaz Human Rights Organization (AHRO) the trial of Mr. Yusef Azizi Bani Torof on Tuesday 28/08/2007 in the Revolutionary Court branch 15 of Tehran, was delayed.
The reason is the fact that the court did not invite Mr. Saleh Nikbakhat who is the lawyer of Mr. Yusef Azizi Bani Torof since the year 2005.
Also the court did not ask for the two other lawyers of Mr. Torof, Mr. Abdul Fattah Sultani and Mrs. Mahnaz Parakand.
