The earliest results will be probably on Saturday, the final results not for Tuesday.
More the 46 million Iranians are qualified to vote.

There is also a aljazeera-interview with reformist Mousavi on youtube:

Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI) says it is investigating recent disruptions
in the SMS transmittals across the country.
Since last night it is impossible to send or receive textmessages.
The reason behind the disruption remains unclear, however the spokesman said that “other organs” might have been behind it.
Before the campaigns officially started, some 55 to 65 million text messages were sent each day, this number reached 90 million after electionday came nearer.
