Iran: reality

Iran signed a contract with China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) for development of phase 11 of South Pars gasfield.
National Iranian Oil Company told France Total that it will no longer wait for them to develop that part of phase 11 of South Pars.
Wednesday Iran signed a gas deal worth around five billion dollars with CNPC to develop the upstream part of the South Pars gas field in the Persian Gulf.
Total can contribute to the development of the downstream sector of phase 11 of South Pars field and the Pars LNG project for natural gas production.

The head of the Center for Strategic Research said that rabble-rousing, psywar and leveling accusations against high-ranking officials cannot buy people's vote.
Hassan Rowhani, who is also a representative of the Leader in Iran's National Security Council, said so when President Ahmadinejad, in a live televised debate with former prime minister Mir-Hossein Moussavi, accused officials of former presidents Akbar Hashemi-Rafsanjani and Mohammad Khatami of corruption.

The 23rd edition of the International Festival of Films for Children and Young Adults will be held in the city of Hamedan, Iran, on August 2-6.
ISNA reports that the festival's secretariat has received 274 works so far.
Among them were 150 short films, 19 videofilms, and 90 animations.
