According to PressTV Iran's Trade Promotion Organization has announced a plan to completely exclude the dollar from its foreign revenues and reserves.
Iran asked Japan to replace the US dollar with the yen in oiltransactions.
Since October 2007, Iran has received 85 percent of its oil revenues in currencies other than the US dollar and Tehran is determined to find a substitute for the rest of its 15%.

Mostafa Tajzadeh,, political chairman in the reformist coalition, has been sharing a cell with Mohsen Aminzadeh since last Friday.
Tajzadeh also was allowed to speak with his lawyer after 120 days of solitary confinement.
Tajzadeh is member of Iran Participation Party and the Islamic Revolution Mojahedin Organization.
His wife told that interrogations of her husband had been completed.

Yesterday, the executive members of the Etemad Melli Party decided to have a meeting.
After the closure of Mehdi Karoubi’s office, they didn't meet. The meeting was supposed to take place in the house of Montakhab-Nia, vice-president of the party.
Around 3:00 PM, Intelligence agents contacted Mr. Montakhab-Nia and made threats that if the meeting went ahead, some members of the party would be detained.
Considering that the meeting was more of a social gathering, the meeting was postponed.
