Iran: discovered?

The Kurdish activist Shirko Moarefi, 30 is transferred to solitary detention and will be executed in the next days.
He is sentenced to death for"moharebe"(waging war against god).
12 other Kurdish prisoners are at imminent danger of execution.

Human Rights Activists in Iran reported :
A female Kurdish political prisoner Zainab Jalalian is ill.
She was arrested 2 years ago and sentenced to death for having ties with Kurdish groups. She is currently in solitary confinement in Kermanshah prison.
Kurdish journalist Adnan Hassanpoor has appeared for the revolutionary court in Sanandaj. In 2007 he was sentenced to death for moharebe and acting against national security.
Recently his death sentence was reduced to a prison term.
The sunni cleric, Molavi Abdol-Ghani Shah is arrested by the clerical court. Abdol-Ghani is temporary Fridays prayerleader of Zahedan.
Azar Mansouri, deputy official of Mosharekat Party, is transferred to a general ward in Evinprison.
She was arrested September 20. The charges against her are not known.
The families of political prisoners gathered again for Evin Prison and asked the judiciary to release all female political prisoners and implement the rule of justice.
Release including Azar Mansouri, Nafiseh Zareh-Kohan, Mahboobeh Haghighi, Fariba Pajooh and Mahdieh Minavi.
They also ask for the release of all Komail prayer detainees.
Also is reported that
the family of Fariba Pajooh was allowed to speak with her and her soon release is expected.
Despite severe health problems Abdollah Momeni remains in detention at Evin Prison.
He was arrested June 22 and spent most of his detention in solitary confinement.
Mazdak Ali-Nazari, editor-in-chief of website Journalists for Peace has been arrested some days ago. The charges are unknown.
Kayvan Samimi is, despite bail has been paid, not released. He will be tried November 23rd.
Hassan Souri is sentenced to 6 months detention by the Revolutionary Court for insulting the Supreme Leader. Souri was leader of the electioncampaign for Mousavi in Boroujerd.
Shapoor Kazemi, Mousavi's brother-in-law, will be tried in court.
He is imprisoned since June.
Sayed Zohoor Nabavi-Chashemi is released after 2 years and 8 months in prison. He was convicted for having ties with Mojahedin Khalgh Organization (MKO).
During protests against the execution of Ehsan Fattahian in Sanandaj is Amer Goli arrested and transferred to an unknown location.
There is no information on the exact number of the detainees or their whereabouts.

Reuters reported that a high official said last Friday that the Supreme Leader Khamenei cannot be removed or replaced because his legitimacy comes from God.
Mojtaba Zolnour, a representant of Khamenei at the Revolutionary Guards told at a meeting of representatives of Khamenei in universities that the Assembly of Experts cannot remove him, because they don't appoint him but discover him.
Theoretically he could be replaced by the 86-man Assembly of Experts which approved him as successor to Ayatollah Khomeini in 1989. But the system has never been tested.
