Iran: trial

The next trial against the seven Bahaileaders will be continued tomorrow in branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court.
It is unknown whether the hearing is open to families of the defendants.
The first two sessions were closed.

Ighan Shahidi and Sama Nourani, two Baha’i citizens who have been denied university admission, who were arrested in Kermanshah and Shiraz March 2 and 3 , are under heavy pressure to "confess"to their charges on television. There is still no information regarding the reasons behind their arrests or their charges.
Dorsa Sobhani member of the Onemillionsignatures Campaign is arrested March 7 in her parents house in Sari.
April 7 officials prevented the family of Dorsa Sobhani from visiting her.
Since her arrest, Sobhani has only been allowed one prison visit with her family.

The Iranian minister of information says that the three imprisoned American hikers have connections with intelligence services.
The three, Shane Bauer, Josh Fattal and Sarah Shourd were arrested in July 2009 near the Iraqi/Iranian border on charges of illegal entry.
The evidence will soon be made public.
