Ayatollah Hossein Kazemeini Boroujerdi , who was arrested in 2007 and currently is held in Evinprison protested July 7 during a visit of a representative of Clerics’ Special Prosecutor and Ahmadi, the judge supervising Evin prison, about prisonconditions, and said that Evin was turning into a concentration camp.
He mentioned among other things the overcrowded cells, poor and unhealthy nutrition, lack of hot water and evere shortage of sanitary.
According to this report, the officials and prison visitors did not deny any of the mentioned issues, and said that is how every government treats its dissidents.
