Iran: accuse

Journalist Issa Saharkhiz who was jailed in the postelection crackdown, has filed a lawsuit against Nokia Siemens Networks for delivering surveillance equipment to Iran allowing authorities trace him through his Nokia cell phone.
Saharkhiz has been arrested last year July by tracing him through the signal of his cellphone.
He has been in prison since.

The lawyer for Shiva Nazar Ahari has expressed concern that his client will be charged with moharebeh. At her initial arrest in June 2009 was the moharebeh charge conveyed, but when she was re-arrested on 20 December 2009, moharebeh was not one of her charges.
His client is tried in the same Branch as journalist Badrolssadat Mofidi who was sentenced to 6 years in prison and a five years ban from journalistic activities.

After 22 days in isolation are 12 of the hungerstrikers transferred to a general ward.
Abdollah Momeni, Bahman Ahmadi Amouie and Keyvan Samimi stay in isolation.
Samimi is after 23 days still in hungerstrike.
The transferred prisoners said that Samimi will break his hunger strike once Abdollah Momeni and Bahman Ahmadi Amouie are also transferred to the general ward.
The website Kaleme reports that the prisoners are very weakened and not been able to meet with their families.
Student activist Majid Tavakoli is transferred to Rajai Shahr prison. Long time political prisoner Reza Malek stays in solitary confinement in ward 350.
