Iran: further

Friday occurred an explosion at Sarakhs-Mashhad gaspipeline and cost the lives of 4 people while 16 people were injured.
An eyewitness told that 36 workers were working at the site and six to seven workers were burned and 7 others were transported to hospital by a helicopter. Yet 20 others are hospitalized in Mashhad for the burns.
Deputy oilminister Javad Oji, who also is managing director of National Iranian Gas Company, said to IRNA that the gasflow will be resumed within 24 to 36 hours.

Iran told yesterday that the planned release of Sarah Shourd was delayed because of judicial difficulties.
Today, a senior prosecutor told that Iran is ready to release her on a bail of $500.000.
Shourd was arrested with two others near the Iraqi border last year.

An Iranian diplomat in Finland says that he quitted the service and joined the opposition.
Hossein Alizadeh says that he is no longer an Iranian diplomat.
According to PressTV his mission ended on August 20, 2010 and that the diplomat had asked to remain in Helsinki until after his children's school exams.
