Iranian women's rightsactivist and journalist Shiva Nazar Ahari has been released on a $500,000 bail.
She is charged with moharebeh "waging war against god".

Studentactivist Hassan Asadi Zeidabadi is sentenced to 5 years in prison by judge Moghiseh from branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court.
He was charged with conspiracy and assembly to act against national security, anti- regime propaganda, insulting the president, participating in illegal gatherings, and disturbing public opinion.
He is in ward 240 of Evinprison.

Mohammadreza Razaghi, an attorney and a member of the Legal Committee of Mousavi’s Election Campaign was summoned to serve his prisonterm from a year in Evinprison.
Initially he was sentenced in May by judge Moghiseh in a session behind closed doors, to a sentence of 2 years in prison.The appeals court changed this to one year suspended and one year in prison.

Ebrahim Maleki, , a religion researcher and a student of Ayatollah Montazeri, is sentenced by the Mashhad Clergy Court to pay a fine of $5000 and a ban from wearing special clergy clothing.
In March he was arrested and was kept in isolation for more then a month in a detainmentfacility of the ministry of information.
Following the ban on clergy cloathing, he will no longer receive the monthly income from the Ghom Religious Center (Howzeh Elmiyeh Ghom) and his insurance and other benefits have been cancelled.

The director of Sistan and Balouchestan's provincial Justice Department said yesterday that a number of suspects behind the deadly bombings of July in Zahedan have been arrested.
At this blast 27 people were killed and over 270 people were injured.
