Iran: further

Sadigh Khosravi and Ibrahim Esmaeli members of the Coordination Committee to Create Labor Organizations, have been arrested in Naghdeh by securityforces.
The reason for their arrest is not known.

In Poldokhtar are 4 Gonabad derwishes arrested. Abdolreza Daemi, the host of the Monday derwish-ceremonies in Poldokhtar is arrested November 9th and his house was searched.
Reza Ghavami, Rahim Faraji and Nemat Heydari were arrested at their workplace.
November 10 the house of Houshang Daemi, the host of the Friday ceremonies was searched.
The four derwishes were transferred to the Khorramabad Intelligence Ministry.

Political activist Amir Hossein Kazemi, a member of Freedom Movement of Iran, who was released on medical reasons against a bail of $210,000 , has returned to prison after surgery on his teeth and chest and after the request for his medical leave extension was denied by the Prosecutor’s Office.
According to MizanKhabar he has had an infection after the surgeries and there is a risk that his blood may also be infected.
Kazemi has been sentenced to 3 years in prison and held in Ward 350 of the Evin Prison.

November 11 the UN General Assembly's human rights committee adopted a resolution on a moratorium on the use against the deathpenalty, the third since 2007.
The resolution was adopted by 107 votes in favour, 38 against with 36 abstentions at the UN General Assembly's Third Committee.

Vahid Laelipour, the husband of studentactivist Mahdie Golrou is sentenced by judge Moghiseh of the 28th branch of the Revolutionary Court to a prisonsentence of 2 years for antiregime propaganda.
He has never been political active and the only reason that he has been convicted of anti-regime propaganda is that he is the husband of the detained student activist Mahdieh Golrou.
Mahdie Golrou is serving her 3 ½ years sentence in the Evin Prison. Last week, she was transferred to the Quarantine Section of the Evin Prison and the Methadone Ward along with several other prisoners of the Women’s Ward.

According to Al Arabiya were at least 127 Afghan citizens sentenced to death by Iran.
The consulate deputy at Afghanistan’s Foreign Ministry said that the Iranian regime is refusing to hand over the bodies of those Afghans who have been executed.
