Iran: rights?

The humanrightslawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh has decided to drink water again while on hungerstrike.
She didn't eat or drink for nine days and is physically very weakened.
Her husband was allowed to see her for 10 minutes for the first time during her 10-week incarceration.

Citizens of Nigeria and Ghana are also executed in the groupsexecutions in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad.
On 26 October 2010, was Paul Chindo, a Nigerian citizen, hanged with 9 Iranians and on 18 August 2010, was Aquasi Aquwabe from Ghana executed during another groupexecution.
The Ghanese and Nigerian authorities were not informed from the fact that their citizens were in prison.
Art.36 of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations says that Iran was required to report the arrest of Chindo and Aquwabe to their respective embassies “without delay” and give the suspects the right to seek assistance from their governments. Sources told the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran, however, that Iranian officials allegedly denied Chindo and Aquwabe this right and deprived the men of basic elements of a fair trial mandated by international law.

Mr. Mohammad-Reza Sadeghi, Mrs. Maryam Azimi, Tayyebeh Hoseini, Forough Hemat-Yar, Narges Ghafarzadeh and Roya Eraghi 6 followers of ayatollah Boroujerdi have been arrested Monday October 8th and transferred to an unknown location.
No clear and explicit charge has been stated about them, this illegal arrest is done to put more pressure on Mr. Boroujerdi to end his opposition.

The mother of Majid Dorri told in an interview to website Kalemeh about her sons prisonsentence of six years in exile in Behbahanprison, and his health.
His family is thinking of moving to Behbahan or a city nearby so they can be closer to Majid.

Iranian bordertroops will hold exercises from 13 to 15 November at the border of Sistan-e-Baluchistan.
The exercises will be conducted both in water and land, and new boats, minedetectors and shockweapons will be used.
