A prisoner of the Philippines in Vakilabadprison in Mashhad wrote a letter to International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran. In this letter, the man, Ernie Guienoo Tamonde writes about his innocence.
For months there are reports of secret group executions in this prison.Amongs those reportedly executed were foreign nationals from Ghana and Nigeria.
The International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran wrote a letter to the Philippines Foreign Secretary, Alberto G. Romulo, expressing concern that Tamonde could face execution without proper representation and urged his government to publicly disclose any information it may have.
Over 600 people remain on Vakilabad’s death row. Some alleged they were tortured by authorities into making confessions.

One week after the arrest of the Kurdish teacher and cultural activist Salim Aroum from Boukan he has not contacted his family.
Aroum is also a contributor to many Kurdish-Persian publications in the Kurdish areas of Iran.

December 8th the trial against the lawyer Khalil Bahramian will be held.
Hij was among others the lawyer of the executed Farzad Kamangar and Shirin Alamholi. After their execution he stated that his clients were innocent and he was unaware of the executions.
He has been charged with anti-regime propaganda and acting against national security.i

About 10 days ago Brigadier General Ibrahim Jabari has been appointed to new commander of Khamenei's Security Guards.
A reason was not given.
The protection guard of Khamenei, the Vali Amr Corps consists of 12,000 people.

The Bassij announced that November 11 and 12 a new media organization is established. The name is Bassij Press and Resalat daily, Javan Online and Fars News Agency were chosen as members of the founding board and were tasked with writing the statute of this organization.The aim is teaching of Bassij way of thinking, recognizing the enemy, educating Bassij forces and using the Bassij in the media.
