Mohammad Ashrafi is a member of Committee for the Foundation of Free Workers Organizations in Iran, he was arrested in May 2009 and sentenced to a year in prison.
During this time, he endured physical and psychological torture.
After his release, in June 2010, he was summoned again by the revolutionary court, but he fled as refugee to Greece.
He was arrested by the borderpatrol and is already 3 months in a Greek cell.
The Committee of Iranian Political Refugees in Greece released a statement and asks for his immediate release.

In Tehran is the office of a television channel partly owned by News Corp of the channel Farsi1 closed by security agents.
Mehrnews reported that five employees were arrested for 'helping the anti-revolutionary movement.'
Channel Farsi1 broadcasts soaps and sitcoms dubbed into Persian.

Humanrights activists sharply condemned the broadcast of the tv-confession of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani .
Also her imprisoned son appeared in the programme,where he had to play the role of his father in the reconstruction.
