In the prison of Orumieh 3 men have been hanged on April 7th.
The men, Tohid Massoumidejin, Khaled Esmaili and Massoud Ghavipanjeh were sentenced to death for connection to illegal groups.

According to a statement by the Iranian opposition National Council of Resistance (NCRI) have have started an attack on Camp Ashraf in Iraq.
23 people got killed and 300 were wounded.
In Camp Ashraf are mainly members of the forbidden Mujahedin Organization of Iran PMOI / MEK.

The leader of the Freedom Movement of Iran, Ebrahim Yazdi,has disowned and denied statements attributed to him in an interview published by IRNA.
IRNA reports that they received a letter from Yazdi on Tuesday April 5 saying: “I had clearly emphasized to IRNA officials that publishing any statements attributed to me can only be done after receiving my written permission.”
IRNA published the interview with Yazdi after his release.

The Iranian Ministry of Information has cut of visitations to political prisoners specified in a lsit by interrogators.Some prisoners are denied completely from visits, others are allowed 1 visit per month.
Many of these prisoners were also denied the leave customarily allotted to prisoners during Norooz.
