Iran: wriggle

Civilrights activist and journalist Hamid Moazeni is arrested in Bushehr by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence.
The reasons are unknown .
During the disputed election he was supporter of Karroubi and his writings were recently published on roozonline.

The educational activist and Bahai Bashir Ehsani is sentenced to 5 years in prison.
He was arrested in August on charges of disturbing public order and posession of satellite dishes.
Judge Pirabassi changed these charges and sentenced him for gathering and conspiracy to disturb national security.

An official Friday told newsagency Fars that pastor Yusef Nedarkhani should face the death penalty for being a traitorous “Zionist” and committing “security crimes,” not for apostasy.
This is the first time that public remarks were made by an Iranian official about Nadarkhani’s case after the outcry of the western world about Nadarkhani's deathsentence.
