Humanrightsactivist and journalist Nasour Taghipour has been arrested to serve a 7 years prisonsentence.Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) reports that Taghipour was arrested in 2010 along with 46 others in Qazvin and was released in June 2010 after 110 days of isolation.
Hij has been sentenced to 7 years in prison for membership of Human Rights Activists of Iran” and “propaganda against the regime.”

Nasrin Sotoudeh’s husband, Reza Khandan, and her daughter Mehraveh Khandan, 13. have been banned from leaving the country.
This is the first time such orders have been issued to a political prisoner’s child.

More then 300 workers at a company tied with Revolutionary Guards went on strike on July 7.
