Iran: more September 2, 2012

50 kilometers west of the city of Shiraz were 19 people killed at a busaccident. The bus struck a rock and flipped over.
25 other people were wounded.

North-Korea and Iran signed an agreement to strengthen ties and increase science and technological cooperation.
The agreement was undersigned after president Kim Young Nam met with Iranian President Ahmadinejad at the Nonaligned Movement summit in Tehran.
The west have placed both countries under an international sanctions regime for their nuclear programs, and the United States has accused North Korea of providing Iran with parts for advanced ballistic missiles.

At the London Paralympic Games in London won the Iranian athlete Sareh Javanmardi a bronze medal in the women’s 10 metre air-pistol event and Jalil Bagheri won gold in the Men's Shot put.
